Job Title: Business Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to clients, candidates, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and candidates, handling inquiries and coordinating communications.
  • Manage databases of clients and candidates, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility of information.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as budget monitoring, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Support recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate internal communication between departments and external communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and assist with maintenance of office systems and software.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant job experience and certification
  • Attention to details.
  • Basic Knowledge on MS office, Internet, E-commerce
  • There are no formal academic entry requirements, although entrants typically possess
  • GCSEs/S grades, A levels/H grades, a BTEC/SQA award or equivalent qualifications.
  • Professional qualifications are available and may be required by some employers.

Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
