Job Title: Office Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews for recruitment staff.
- Maintain office filing and documentation systems, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support recruitment processes by organizing candidate files and paperwork.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills and Experience Requred
- Relevant job experience and certification
- Attention to details.
- Basic Office administration knowledge
- There are no minimum academic requirements, although entrants usually possess GCSEs/S grades. Training is usually provided on-the-job. NVQs/ SVQs in Administration are available at
- Levels 2 and 3.
Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
