Job Title: Business Support Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update documentation related to clients, candidates, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and candidates, handling inquiries and coordinating communications.
- Manage databases of clients and candidates, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility of information.
- Assist with financial tasks such as budget monitoring, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Support recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate internal communication between departments and external communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in project management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Provide technical support and assist with maintenance of office systems and software.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant job experience and certification
- Attention to details.
- Basic Knowledge on MS office, Internet, E-commerce
- There are no formal academic entry requirements, although entrants typically possess
- GCSEs/S grades, A levels/H grades, a BTEC/SQA award or equivalent qualifications.
- Professional qualifications are available and may be required by some employers.
Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
