Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s visual brand identity.
  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Create digital assets including website graphics, social media visuals, and online ads.
  • Conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns to attract clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to create compelling visual content.
  • Capture and edit photographs for marketing purposes.
  • Incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project objectives.
  • Prepare print-ready files and manage print production.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the recruitment industry.
  • Ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant job experience and certification
  • Attention to details.
  • Relevant experience and Qualifications is preferred
  • Entrants have usually completed a foundation course, a BTEC/SQA award, a degree and/or postgraduate qualification. NVQs/SVQs in Design (in various disciplines) are available at Levels2 and 3. Portfolio work is also important for entry

Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
