Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company’s visual brand identity.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Create digital assets including website graphics, social media visuals, and online ads.
- Conceptualize and execute advertising campaigns to attract clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to create compelling visual content.
- Capture and edit photographs for marketing purposes.
- Incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project objectives.
- Prepare print-ready files and manage print production.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to the recruitment industry.
- Ensure all design materials align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Relevant job experience and certification
- Attention to details.
- Relevant experience and Qualifications is preferred
- Entrants have usually completed a foundation course, a BTEC/SQA award, a degree and/or postgraduate qualification. NVQs/SVQs in Design (in various disciplines) are available at Levels2 and 3. Portfolio work is also important for entry
Salary: £39,000.00 to £42,000.00 per annum (Based on Experience and Qualification)
